Q: Does this happen to you as well? Chinese married for anything but love.
Haha China, not one day goes by without the sight of a young attractive girl with her much older but rich husband.
Not that I am jealous, my other half is equally attractive although I am not rich.
No in fact I am not venting about the man here, even though he has mistresses like every local men, but his wife who sacrified love and happiness for quick money.
Often when I have the delight to be near those couples the woman stares at me with envy, it even happened that she approaches me while her husband was away for a while.
So you married a man for his money, except you don't love him and he can't f*ck you properly. Now you are looking for another younger, healthier, more endurant man to fill that void, you are willing to cheat onto the man who you uses money already. How immensely selfish of you, your arrogance is mind boggling.
Chinese are children, one day they will understand that true happiness doesn't come with money.

The Chinese women... want something equal in return. A foreigner is a good choice because it symbolizes something new, fresh and temporary because the foreigner will most likely leave and go home at some point.
That's just how it works here. Can you feel the love?
What about '1969' years in USA, and overall today's US women and men are very different. They rarely care for the money.
In USA, love is mostly just 'pure love'
, or anywhere else for that matter.
It's huge difference elsewhere comparable to China.

Yeah well, Chinese society is sick as a whole, there is no room for love in this country except if by love you mean sajiao and acting like you are in a Korean soap drama.
Love, like happiness, is transient - what makes you "love" a person today does not necessarily insure that the standards will apply in the future.
Marriage is an institution and not part of our biological makeup (men need to produce offspring and women need stability and security to ensure the protection of that offspring).
Should we be monogamous? Are the reasons for each and every couple who choose this man-made (and usually religious) union on an equal footing?
Are the reasons why we marry today on par with that of our parents? Grandparents? Ancestors?

1) Refers to their dire attitude towards life. no matter their actual security and stability in life, panic-mode is on. life is too serious for love, kindness, fairness, compassion, you name it. if you make room in your life for fairness and ethics, you're lagging behind in the rat race and WATCH OUT SOMEONE'S GOT A BIGGER HOUSE OR CAR OH THE SHAME.
2) Refers to the their vulgar inconsiderateness. They're unabashedly greedy, selfish, oblivious to social consequences. They spit, shout, stare, laugh and bully people. total disregard for the fact that their livelihoods no longer depend on unresponsive crops, but on clients and reliability now.

Back in the days when my crotch done more thinking than my brain 
China is no different than any other culture when it comes to marriage and money. The only difference is the perception of wealthy. A man might be considered wealthy here is he earns, taking a guess, 20k rmb a month. In the west the wealth threshold is higher. So the occurance of rich dudes with model girls draped on their arm might be lower, but it happens.
I can think of quite a few high profile examples off hand.

That is exactly it. It has nothing to do with you but but you are concerning your self with their business.
It has no effect on your life but it is bothering you.
Go out , get a girl friend and stop worrying about the love life of others.
It happens everywhere in the world mate. The playboy mansion is a very good example.
You dare question the integrity of Chinese marriages?!! I should kill you where you stand peasant!
My advice to others has always been, if you fall in love with a girl from another country, first tell her its your dream to stay over there and see what happens after that.

It's just a test, if she is a green card chaser or wants to escape her country somehow she will not stay with a man who plans to live here long term, she wants one who will take her back to his country with him.
I know that girl here, her English name is Janet and she is a Western passport chaser, we started dating and everything was great but I noticed that she often talked about us moving together to my country. One day I tested her, I told her that I plan to live in China for an indefinite length of time because I love it so much more than my country. Her reaction was a mix of pride {China is great} and deception. A few days later we split up, she took the initiative. I am not disappointed, my current girlfriend is way better.
