it does rain in Beijing. Mostly thunderstorms - if i remember correctly. But there is little wind and rain. Mostly sun and smog. Good luck with that 

yes . it does snow and rain, depends on different seasons.

in summer or spring time , its raining more often.

in winter time, it definitely will snow, trust me !

And also, big wind during winter, super cold!

oh yeah i forgot to say it really depends on where u come from ...i have been to Scotland, its more cold in winter compare to beijing .

Im from Silesia in the south of Poland. We get snow rain cold and ice. Its normal to rain regardlss of the season

You must be naive.  Beijing weather and pollution are world famous.  One month ago the pollution level was right off the charts

It will definitely snow this winter, although this winter is MUCH warmer than last winter. Last year we had snow in November, now it's december already and we've only had two days cold enough for snow. And in terms of pollution, I think it's been beter this year too. They must be doing something right, Yes, we still have bad days but last January we had record highs almost every week. So I think we should appreciate what we have right now because if history repeats it's going to get a helluva lot colder!

You can easily go a month or two without rain here.  It's nice because it really lets the smog build.  We will get snow because around January time it'll be plenty cold enough but it might not settle - winter is usually freezing winds with dried spit on the pavements.

I feel like it rains more in the summer. But I Have never lived here in the spring.
