stop your whining.

It isn't your grammar... it's more your demeanor, the way you formulate your questions and your... beginner's use of the English language.

Dude, we live in China. It is so easy to differentiate between Chinese style English and native speaker's style.

But to answer your question, no it doesn't. I've said many positive things about China and have never once been accused of being a zhongguoren.

Createach:

Then what happened in my case...is that my English judged me?!!!!!!..damn maybe i should post a photocopy of my passport and end this once and for all

It helps if you don't type in all caps (it makes you look like you're shouting aka stupid), if you don't ask silly questions and use proper grammar. Spelling and punctuation aren't as big a deal since a lot of people misspell words here and forget periods or commas. You can be positive about China, but only being positive makes us think you aren't seeing what's really going on around you and you need to take off those rose-colored glasses. Being completely negative makes us think that person needs a vacation. What people should try to find is a balance, positive and negative. Humor helps, as long as it's not too harsh. Considering that English is your first language, we kind of have certain expectations of your language ability that you just aren't fulfilling, so it makes people question the authenticity of your claims.

Your writing is simply not to the standard expected of a native speaker, which you are claiming to be. This alone will make people suspicious; and then when you combine that with invective against foreigners, well.... I think people here are responding to you, not to positive statements about China, necessarily.

Also, it's pretty rude to write a question on an open forum and set criteria for what and how people are allowed to answer. That's admin's job, not yours and this is, as I said, an open forum.
