Q: Does rental apartments exist?

Are there any places that have apartment buildings dedicated for renting out, e.g. one owner of an entire block, all apartments rented out on equal terms?

So far i have only seen private people renting out apartments, often through estate agents.

They do exist. Try looking for serviced apartments in your city they are mainly managed by the company.. Major ones are Ascot and Fraser Suites.
