Q: Does your neighborhood have street lights?

I just noticed how dark it was outside.....not a lot of lights where I'm at. Is it like that where you live? Seems pretty dangerous to me..

Yeah our streets are illuminated by the men who smoke outside during the summer nights. There are so many outside who are smoking that we can comfortably read a book outside! I saved last year nearly 85 RMB in electricity thanks to the smokers!

Yes it does. It shows however what a backwards country this is. The lights will be on at random times every day, sometimes well before dark, sometimes way after dark and sometimes not at all. Proof that the lights is something that needs to be switched on manually rather than being controlled by a timer and the suns movement.
