Can always see girls randomly on the street dress with pink hello kitty or with big bowknot and laces. Clearly they are over 12 and some of them might be 28+, is this the chinese dress code of "being cute and young"? Can you stand your girlfriend style?
Chinese girls are pretty and they know it. They can wear any ridiculous piece of skimpy clothing and still be confident the guys will love it. In some ways, China is a female-dominated society, though it might be hard to identify when it's the passive gender that dominates.
The girls sure are pretty, but healthcare, education, rule of law, fairness, civil life, retirement, and all other aspects of life have been abandoned for a rather shortsighted notion of 'safety and stability'. Biologically hardwired feminine values in my opinion, though you may call me sexist for saying so. I'm just trying to figure out why China seems to lack justice and fairness, more masculine values by comparison.
As long as the gals can get what they want with their looks, they're happy to stick with their pot-bellied, baijiu-slurping corrupt bureaucrat. As is he. She gets her trinkets, he gets his eyecandy, and who cares about other people suffering? Safety and stability for those who matter. No justice or fairness for those who don't. A Playground for the Rich.
Don't worry: I don't go around cussing women for the shape of this country; they are neither culprits nor victims. I'm too busy noticing their ...features. But it gives me a newfound appreciation for the girls back home. What some board members refer to as "land whales" don't go around practicing neotenic selection all the time.

Only if you think grown women wearing fluffy, cat-head hats, with cute, sticky-out ears look childish.
If you don't like it no worries, Chinese girls will be anything you want as long as you have a fat bank account, even if you also have a fat belly.
The real question...can YOUR girlfriend stand my style...
oh yes she can...
No, they are lovely. In fact, they don't have to wear anything.

I sometimes dress childish too...
I only have two kinds of styles--- Boring office lady style during work, and lazy cartoon T-shirt+ Jeans after work. I like T-shirt with a Doraemon or Donald Fauntleroy Duck on it. I think I'm just too lazy to wear like a mature woman after work, the high heels, match up and make up things are exhausting. It is my own explaination: "Thousands of girls walking on the street, even if I dress up, nobody cares." Maybe I am a weirdo...
I think the only one child policy is the reason why young Chinese are still fond of the cartoon pictures and toys. Most of the Chinese single child are not allowed to leave parents before marriage. If you are over 25 and still live with your parents (they do all of the cooking and cleaning for you,and they might even pay your bills too ), how can you be defined as a grown up? I find the Chinese girls, who knows how to dress sexy and feminine, they either have siblings or left home at a very young age.
