Q: Driving license for e bike?
I was just told that from last July a person need to have a license to drive a electric bike is this true?
i don't understand Chinese.

why this sentence without any commas or full stops in it ? that made me feel a little confusion . the sentence means apply for a driver license you need provide the bike invoice and other receipts when you buy this electric bike. get license don't need test. and the it will spent you about 200 Yuan RMB 
You DO NOT need a license for an e-bike. You also DO NOT need a license for an LPG scooter, but you can't buy them anymore (but if you can find one second hand...)
