Q: E-ciggarettes: Harmful or helpful?

In China there are not a lot of things to help you stop smoking. If you go to the chemist they may give you an elixir (TCM, that tastes like such Crying and is probably made from snake skin, why not Wink ) or nothing at all.

In the (black) market they will sell you a seemingly harmless electrical, charge via USB, cigarette.

I investigated, it contains a kind of liquid nicotine, which, if it enters the mouth can be poisonous.

After buying one, I can now confirm, it is possible that the liquid nicotine enters the mouth. Also, and most importantly, it doesn't help as much as you might imagine to stop smoking.

If anyone is interested in kicking the habit, I found on TaoBao nicotine gum. This I bought, tried, tested and proved. It works. It takes away the anxiety and the stress along with all the other withdrawal symptoms. It's not cheap but neither is smoking.

It's 2 months since I had a cigarette and I don't chew gum or anything else now.

I tried the patches too but I think they are a waste of time and money.

What do you smokers think? Did anyone else manage to stop? If so how?
