There are many brands but, the electric motor is all the same. I believe they have the same concept (motor) So you but what you like. The heart is the motor and battery.

Forget about a Gas scooter, I know foreigners have them but legally you need a licence and rego, also in some cities they are banned during daytime. If you buy an EBike get a locally made one with heavy duty batteries, wheels and brakes if you can. Hermes is the local bike where I live, 3 years ago I bought one and sold it very quickley, and after that I bought an export EBike. The Hermes are getting better with a bigger electric motor. I found it didn't have the leg room for me or the power. You just have to shop around and do your homework.
Make sure you can get the bigger batteries 20amp hour.

a new one will cost you around 3500rmb (big one suitable for foreigners, vespa style), depending on the battery might be a couple of hundreds more Wink
60Volt has further range than 48V.

Gas ones are banned now and not sold any longer. And even if you manage to get one, gas stations are not allowed to sell gasoline to bikes who dont have any license...

Unlike San Francisco, or as the deplorables like to say the "gay bay", at least you don't have to dodge feces and turds to get around the city. just an occasional split pants baby pooper.

A:Going to HK would be the best bet I reckon, especially if you were looking for a church wedding. Chinese weddings are pretty grim IMO - you go to a barren govt dept with souless officials and navigate red tape so some guy can give you a red stamp and a marriage book. You get expensive pictures taken of you both posing in places you'd never go to in everyday life that is somehow supposed to represent your wedding, then a while later it's off to a restaurant where a game show host kind of guy makes sure it's as tacky as possible while the guests eat as fast as they can so they can leave as soon as they finish eating and gave you money. Hell, I'd go to Thailand or the Philippines and get married in Paradise.   -- Stiggs
