Q: ever had someone walk so close to you ,you had to push them out of your way?

Walking down the sidewalk when someone comes up from behind you and cuts directly in front of you  and you have to push them out of the way? ever have this happen? what did you do?

I just play the same game. I speed up a little cut in front and walk just a fraction in front of them. I find they normally get the point and either slow down to open up a gap or just head off in another direction.

Yeah, but since they cut in front of me, it is their heels I have access to. Like Crimo says, add a "bu hao yise" and continue on your merry way.

catch them before they cut in front of you, that is the key. so when they walk in front of you you will be ready to trip them. and i'm always ready with a "bo hao ize" (can't spell it) "i did not see you"

i sent a guy flying to the other side of the train once when he tried to cut in front of me. but chinese never learn their lesson so i suspect he will try it again.

All the time. Just go for the heals. Works all the time.

I usually tend to sidestep quickly on the side they are coming up on. I have a bit of a rugged exterior and so they just bounce off of me. And yes I also go with the sorry "Wǒ méiyǒu kàn dào nǐ" approach.

When I'm walking no one will pass me, I walk faster. I only have problems with guys that drift into me head on and I body check them, I never bend back. I can never understand why my GF always gets angry and says why do I do that when they walk into me.

I blame this phenomenon on low testosterone, it causes spacial impairment, also explains why they can't park a car. Yes I think the males have low T.

JustinF:

I've got a similar issue with my girlfriend, but on the scooter. People just get in front on me and start walking without looking at the back. When I use the horn and get angry at them, she says "they are just walking!".

Yeah... in the bike lane.

When I notice them trying to cut, I walk faster and bump into them. After they lose balance, I tell them "Be careful when you walk, dude" while continuing to walk
