Q: Ever meet some Chinese who tried too hard to be like us?
ie., non Chinese
I wouldn't say i've met any Chinese who try to come off as non-Chinese, in fact I find most Chinese very proud of their nationality, I do find it strange however how much effort some students make to work on an accent though, it seems pointless or suggests an aspiration to emulate the people of that country in some way, yet those self same people have been confident people and didn't give me the impression they were not happy to be Chinese.

Yes...I mate a chinese dude who tried to call me nigger..........He thought we foreigners call each other that and he tried to Rap for me and he said to me let's go clubbing and bitches hunting.......I said "Dude Dude we don't do that"....then he said "Ok lry's go eat noodles then"..I said"Am fine with that"...........They dude tried to hard to impress me but he was trying in a wrong way
In the reality: some ones here have inconcient proud of being ...........,

Yes. They usually smiled way too much like creeps, and got disappointed when I wasn't like some foreigner they saw on a TV show, giving me bland lectures starting with "I know in you country...."
Fun Fact: One guy accused me of hating Chinese when I refused to kiss him on the cheek after he ordered me to again and again. He seemed to feel that all foreigners hug and kiss on cheeks and I wasn't giving him the full cultural experience that he'd earned by seeing a white guy.
Yep, when I met the guy, who wear and act as Clint Eastwood 
Big eye-glasses , chewing the gum as mad cow and the voice out of his mouth. In the morning in elevator, it make u confuse, whether to smile or kill him for that 
Yes....... the ones that say please and thankyou (sankyou) every now and then.
"Yo yo yo! Hey man!" This guy always says that to me. He lives on my street and tries to dress like a rapper. When he greets me he throws up a half-assed gang sign. Not sure he even knows what it is.
