Q: Extending 90 days L-visa possible?

Is it possible to extend your visa twice for 30 days each time at the PSB if you have a 90 L-visa from your home country?

The information on the website of the PSB in Beijing says:

C、 Term of Validity
One month zero/single-entry visa is issued a maximum of twice.

I know it's possible if you have a 30 days visa, but is it also possible with a 90 days visa?

Thanks

As Happy said, in principal yes, for sure, but as in all things in China, it will depend upon the PSB Intake Officer at the Exit-and-Entry Counter.
