Hi, I am Thai and now studying in shanghai, 23 years old. I was married to a chinese in September, but the family visa doesn't allow me to work. So I would like to ask of how i can get the working visa in order to work in shanghai? Are there any requirements I need to know? Many Thanks

There are many web links on 'Z Visa requirements in China' on Yahoo-gle search, where you can get familiar with everything you need to get Z.

If you want to work as an English teacher in Shanghai, only Native English Teacher can get Working permit there. Same requirement holds in all biggest cities and by the coast of China.
You must exit China, and apply for Z visa at Chinese Embassy abroad, most likely in your home country or Hong Kong, if you're lucky.
You can't convert any other visa to Z in China.
See this thread with explanation of Z visa procedure:

Family visa does not allow you too work. You have to go through the entire process of finding a job, having the company apply for visa etc, as Icniff said..
The only benefit is, its easier for you to stay here and while you hunt for a job (so you have enough time to make thorough decision before you accept any offer)...
then after you leave the job, you don't need to exit the country, your family visa kicks in. So you can stay here, although I am not completely sure about the last part.

I can confirm that a working visa can be transferred to a family visa without leaving the country but not the other way around

so is there any requirements to change from family visa to working visa?
I heard that in order to apply working (Z) visa, you need to have 2 years working experiences
You can't change a family visa to a working visa inside China. You have to apply for a Z-visa in your home country (or in Hong Kong if the official invitation letter is addressed to the Foriegn Affairs Office in HK)
Basic rules to get a work permit are:
Bachelors degree
2 years work experience
23 and over
Company needs to be licensed to employ foreigners.
Company needs to show the job requires the foreigner
Though depending on the company and province those rules are at times relaxed.
Try working as a freelancer connected to a Thai company that does business in China. There is no way for you t work legally in Shanghai.
