Q: feijipiao website is a scam

Hey all, wanted to warn you and ask about your experiences. I just booked 6 tickets on fei ji piao (decent prices). After paying, I got a call the next day saying, "because you are using foreign passport, you must add 30% to the total price". What a joke. In the end, the tickets were cancelled and they charged me a fee for not buying the tickets.

i've bought off of other websites (taopiao51, ctrip, etc.) without any problems. So, have any of you faced this? Any ideas of what I can do? I am postive this is the last time I use feijipiao.

Thanks

Not much in the end, I guess, but live and learn.  ?  If they charged you a fee for not buying the tickets, you truly have been scammed.

In all my years here, I have always used www.elong.net and found it to be relatively cheap and very dependable.  Sometimes I have also found tickets available directly from buyers on taobao.

Try to sue them but it might not make a difference. Write an article about it get it published and make them attract negative attention. You never know they might credit your acct. again.
