Confront him and ask him what his problem is..maybe he likes you and just doesn't know how to tell you. If that's not the case, break his kneecaps....

It's the same guy, same user-ID. Never reads the answers we give him. Probably Chinese too.

ignore the guy.  if you do your job, and do it well, there is nothing to worry about.  he's probably just a bully and is jealous of you.  by the way... I've been reading your posts for a bit, can you please start using periods (.) and commas (,)?

Get him fired? For looking at you funny? Can I get idiot Chinese on the streets into an unreasonable amount of trouble for talking impolitely and staring at me? No. Listen to yourself, you creepaholic.
You probably think you're so great, and the foreigner disagrees. Learn humility, or I hope the foreign teacher will embarrass you more. Sounds like you deserve it.

If you have an issue at work with a fellow employee, the first course of action should be to try to discuss it with the individual involved.

If that fails, go have a chat with your line manager.

If that fails, complain about your line manager to his/her manager.

It's all in your employment contract somewhere.

But maybe the best option is just go down the pub with him, get drunk, and do some bonding  over a beer wink.

If this person, who is so vindictive and vengeful I'm betting it's a woman, were interested in following proper procedures, she'd have done so already. She doesn't want to talk things through; she wants concrete tips on how to GET HIM FIRED.

Ignoring him and doing your job well (so that you look way better than he does) is the best revenge.  He's probably afraid of just that....you being better than him at the job and making him look bad.  So he's trying to pull you down with lame tactics.

Ignore, Avoid, Dismiss, Proceed

A variation of the beloved "SNIP" principle:  Smile, Nod, Ignore, Proceed.  This allows you to survive idiotic management.
