Q: Friday 13th are you a believer in Superstition

Black cats ,walking under ladders, getting your hair today

I will not walk under ladders at any time but out of safety not superstition

We know the Chinese have theirs but do you have your own?

And I bet the Cat loves today

Well, I would wager that "Friday The 13" is the direct cause of the North Korean "rocket" not reaching orbit...

They should have waited one more day...

While I do not believe that "jazz" , I do subscribe to GR answer, that NK rocket fiasco is really a lost of face

I also do not walk under ladders, especially not in China, because they're usually leaning it precariously on something while the person is working. I think many people have fallen off of ladders here. I've heard many things in China, like don't eat too many oranges, don't eat eggs with potatoes, drink warm water. All I have to say about that was the warm water wasn't so bad in the winter.

If only Friday 13th was unlucky then all the other days could be lucky days.

I should be so lucky! .....lucky, lucky, lucky.

I can't think of many for me, but I'm from a developed country where I think those ideas kinda died away with the older generations.

I still wouldn't like to walk under a ladder. I do sometimes 'knock on wood'.

I had the most adorable, lovable, loving Black Cat you can imagine.  She was just a Princess.. unique name of 'Blacky',,  or sometimes, 'The Blackness of Doom'!  hehe, such a lovable kitty....

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
