Q: Gay teacher is sacked?

I wont post a link, because its all over the news.

Why is this going to court?

The people who sacked the gay teacher are the ones who should be sacked. Simple as that.

Would expat parents demand a gay teacher be sacked?

You aren't appropriate to be teacher in Kindies as such. No big deal 'cause dismissed because of the (wrong) sex orientation ... teacher doesn't stand a chance against the School in Court, IMO!

Kindies is most likely private institution. School's leader doesn't like you for this or that reason. Bye!

Parents are Kindies customers, so their complain (if?) is warranted ...

If the party has allowed the case to go to court it would suggest he has already won. Or lost. I supect the former. They need a deflection from the UN stuff about the million up north. Add in the recent news from India re gay sex. The teacher will win.
