Q: Gift suggestions for Chinese gf and family
Gift suggestions for my gf and her family.
I'm in Canada, and travelling to China to meet with them, would like to bring a few gifts. Specifically, items that I should buy in Canada to bring. Probably not clothes, books electronics, but other suggestions would be appreciated.
Canadian wine and cigarettes for the older relatives. Other good items are Canadian maple syrup and candies.

oh,, I didn't read all you question,,,, Canada huh? yep,, gotta be Maple Syrup. that stuff is sooooooooooo good! or u could go to the frozen North and catch a few Polar Bears and Penguins if u want an unusual present...

no Penguins in the North, but a Polar Bear fur rug in front of a fireplace is definitely a must have.

ambi,,, you called it for sure!... ever since I was a kid I always had the Highest benchmark of success as doing the horizontal Tango w/ a seriously Miss Hotty Hotness on a white Polar Bear rug in front of a roaring fireplace... now that would be the ultimate! I guess it must have been from something I seen ol' Hefner doing,,,, or maybe it was a 007 flick ,,, whatever,, its still tops on my Bucket List ~
Well, I was thinking, for the sake of originality, you may bring that Huawei Meng lady back to China. I'm just kidding. Give them money and let them buy themselves what they can.
