Q: Giving an ESL training

So a Chinese friend of mine, is a principal of a middle school, she told me her Chinese English teachers were struggling in class to make it interesting, to involve the students and basically be creative.  So she asked if I would give them a short training session regarding this problem.  Does anyone have any advice about this matter?  I was thinking of giving them some printouts of some basic ESL activities and actually playing a few of the games so they can get a better understanding.

Hangman

Pass the ball

Race to the board write the word

Actions

BINGO

Balloon volleyball

Things like this...........

Any advice?

If it's middleschool I'm sure they don't play the some of the games you mentioned. That would be younger kids. . . . With middle school kids you have to make a more challenging game like a jeopardy style type game.
