Q: Is gmail gone?
So, I couldn't go on Google, but Gmail always worked at least on my phone, but I haven't received anything since Boxing Day...is it just me or has gmail gone now?
Gmail is also not updating on my phone. Curious indeed.

You can access Gmail through the 'Mail' folder on Safari/Mac.

I cannot access gmail thru mail on mac. maybe because I upgraded to browser 10.10.1 ? I have regularly accessed gmail thru Mail for maybe two years b4 this happened about one week ago.

Block happened after 'Up-yours' landed in HK last August. Chinese (and Russians) saw what GOOG can access through the servers. Similar as FaceBook.
