Q: Good dentists in Harbin?

I am currently living in Harbin and I am planning to get dental braces. Does anyone have any advice about good dentists in here? They don't have to be able to speak English. Any thoughts are welcome!

the dental schools usually have a clinic where students do the work under a mentor and the price is better and the school will usually use the latest techniques.
