Q: Is google blocked again or what?
Seriously it is hard to open google today and yesterday, is it only my internet or is it blocked again?
google.com has been a little on/off the last couple of days for me, only notice from the phone as the computers are always on VPN

google.co.uk still works fine for me. Just been using it now.
Right now, at home, Google (www.google.com.hk, that is) works okay here.
One funny thing is, it seems to depend on the Internet provider. At my home (short term rental, pretty much a foreign national ghetto), it's slow but many things works ok, no 'this site stops working at random days' behavior.
At my in-laws and lost holes in the country, same as above, *and* fast.
At my work or before at the univ., it was faster, but many websites would randomly stop working for a couple of days or hours. Moreover, any websitw with link to say, Facebook or anything banned here, would be redirected after 0.5 sec to some portal page in Chinese, the "3 metric tons of text in a single page and no design effort" kind.

Google Hangouts doesn't work at my in-laws. Google generally works. Things are ISP dependant.

Yes, exactly. CHina Unicom in Suzhou, got get sodomized with a broom, with gravels as lubricant. They redirect any page with links to Facebook, Wordpress, Blogger, etc... to their portal page. Thinking about it, I would add salt to the gravel.
seems google.de doesnt work for me though
the biggest problem is that almost all website have a connection through google and therefore i cant open anything-.-
