I tried to sign in to my VPN today to find that was didn't work as usual and with the all news going around that VPNs "that are not in compliance" that it was probably blocked.
This is extremely frustrating as I used it for work and now I have to find another VPN quick that works. It could possibly be their service at the moment but... I need to start thinking about another route if it does not.
Do you know any good solid ones that are still running and never had an issue?
Please private message me, don't put it on here or it may get blocked too. If China keeps this up, they may as well just go back to being like North Korea.
Why are people so stupid as to openly state what VPN they use. I don't see why they just don't send the details straight to Beijing, at least they won't have to worry about why they cannot connect in a few weeks time.
My VPN has suffered immensely since the crackdown, but it manages to get through every now and then. Now only static webpages will load. Video streaming sites like Youtube have no chance. What I do is I keep refreshing the webpage I want to load while the VPN is loading and then sometimes the webpage loads. That's about all I can do at the moment.
I've had no problems with mine... It goes down occasionally but it's been fine recently.
Yes, mine has been blocked at least 5 days now.
Question for any computer expert out there:
How can I watch video files on foxnews, cnn, bbc ?? I really need to watch the news ! I'm having withdrawal....
ScotsAlan:
Also, download western newspaper apps. They are normally free, and work fine.
Even try newspapers from different countries. They all have apps, and they have good news coverage.
As for Fox news..... that should be banned everywhere
