Q: Guys - how often do you see Chinese men washing hands in the bathroom?
At my office building, it has to be 20%, if that. They spend more time washing their tea bottles than their hands. Ironic, really.
After observing this, I've done my best to stay as far away from poles in public transportation, and I gag everytime someone wants to shake hands.

IF there is a water tap, perhaps 1 guy out of 10 will wash his hands (without soap). Usually it's the guy who's picking his nose, or the guy who just threw up...
I think I once saw a man wash his hands in Hangzhou....
I think I've noticed a pattern: The more a guy picks his nose, the more likely he is to wash his hands after using the bathroom. Not to wash off boogers, but so his hands will be clean before picking.
If pissing on the hands while taking a leak is called "washing" then yeh.
About as many times as I have seen a local eat something with their hands.....almost never.
Never , this people are the most dirty in this planet.
I haven't seen it happen that often, and one reason why it might not be common is because there is never anything in a public restroom to dry your hands with.
Ewwwww. So shaking hands with a chinese man isn't customary, right?
