Q: Hangzhou peps + fake rain?

My friend down in HZ just informed me that they received artificial rain today, anyone know anything about this?  He said all the people keep talking about it but he said he couldn't get much info.

day off the rain today in my part of Guangdong....  came home after a day out enjoying the sunshine looking like a "lobster"  

family hates black ...  I always tell them not to worry.... I only get hongse .. then change skin like a snake. they get black, not me...

Not sure about HZ but it just started to rain heavily tonight in Beijing the capital Emerald city of the peoples repulbic of CHINA!!!
