That is no excuse! They do not call this country "red" for nothing.

Thanks Obama.

Yesterday, Wednesday, I was at the Supermarket and noticed a young lady and a boy selling nice dark red roses.  I liked it and bought one for myself, of course. It cost me 10 RMB. I then , went to enjoy a hot chocolate at Uncle Donald and the manager asked me who she is? Who she is, who? Then he pointed out at my rose. I told him it was for me, just for the pleasure of a beautiful rose. He thought it was from some Chinese girl because of the next  Valentine's day. This is how I knew that today, Thursday it was the Val's Day.

Later he told me that 2 Chinese girls came along only to give him some roses they bought for him.

Today I went to the same place and it was crowded with people selling roses.

I observed how not in love people looked to be especially the men. They would grab in their arms bouquets of roses and looked as though they wouldn't know what to do with them. It looked quite funny because there, next to them,  the girls were waiting to be handled the symbol of love, yet they were still thinking if that's the reason they've bought for or maybe it was the time to clean the floor with the roses. I know, maybe I exaggerate a bit for the fun of the picture

I noticed a sort of special elegance about the ladies in the way they were dressed up and had their hair cut done. Some of them were hand in hand with their partners, others would simply look beautifully  bored.

Anyway, all in all, everything it  looked like just another day in the calendar of scheduled Happiness before the end of the Holidays.

Love and Peace to everybody especially to Hulk, mArtiAn, philbravery, TeDDBayer, Hugh.G.Rection and others who know the struggle of love, the real one in China.
