Q: Has anybody married Chinese and worked abroad?

I would like to know of countries outside of native speaking English countries where you and spouse have gone to work and teach.

Thanks!

Hi packers, it really depends on which country you are thinking of going to. Some countries are easier for Chinese people to visit than others. I did see a job advertisement for Mandarin teachers in the Philippines yesterday. You question is lacking a lot of details so I will have to guess what you want. You are wanting to teach in a country and you want your Chinese wife to accompany you and also work in that country, right? Asian countries are your best bet as they will have more businesses and individuals wanting to learn Chinese (due to the new trade bloc).

Thank you. I hear Asian countries are easier but I haven't met or heard anybody that has done it. Would love to hear any specific examples!
