Q: Has anyone else noticed DVD stores seem to be disappearing?

I don't know about the cities where you live, but here in Suzhou, the number of shops around town looks less than half of what it was a few years ago. I know I could download for free, but I'm a collector and like to see the titles sitting on my shelf.

It's not because Chinese people suddenly decided to respect IP rights, it's becasuse the party has moved online, where they don't have to pay at all. Check out youku, tudou's library of movies, and there are many other websites.
