Mine is working fine, but I have noticed if I select an American IP it quickly slows down and I have to switch.

mine , the one with a funny name that sounds like a star or something, has been working fine.

Vpn Reac*** no longer works with OpenVPN, I have to use a different security method to use it now, but it still works on my PC and Android phone + tablet, so I'm ok with that.
