Q: Has anyone ever been involved with opening a branch of a Chinese company in the US?

I would love to talk to someone with experience about this, especially for the financial side of things.

I'm in process now of opening a branch of my and my business partner's 2nd business which is Student Recruitment and placement, in the state of California. Everything is almost finalized on the Chinese side, and on the US side it was relatively easy. I don't know if I can help or not, what exactly are you trying to do?
