Has anyone ever used "Webmoney" in China, Did it work?

Based on how the WebMoney site looks I would not use it even if I was on the moon.

Can't judge a book by the cover man, It worked GREAT, I was able to transfer funds from my WEBMoney account to my Bankl of China account and I was allowed to add money directly to my www.taobao.com account.

 

This was awesome. Today was my 3rd day using it.
