Q: Has anyone hard of BIC-CHINA CONSULTING LTD

I am a company owner who is looking for an escrow company that can handle an investor deposit into my company. I have been in talks with a BIC-CHINA CONSULTING LTD but I have some concern about their legitamacy. They are trying to use a bank called Bank of Investment and Corporation. Anyone in Beijing heard of these?

it does not exist they are a shell corporation of a shell corporation that is a shell corporation of a shell country

Never heard of Bank of Investment and Corporation. They could be a 'private investing' group, but if they aren't part of one of the known banks, I would stay far away from them.
