Q: Has China released the offical report on the cause of the high speed train accident?

After the accident the government stated that the investigation was due to give results by mid September. I have read on a few websites that it was a signalling problem, but has the official report been given or have the news bulletins had any official reasons given.

Technical difficulties. Maybe lightening struck the office where they were supposed to write the report, and then a train ran into it.

I'm sure their first idea was to blame it on international sabotage intended to keep China down but the real cause was poor construction (of course) due to the train being finished as quickly as possible. I think a major official in charge of the project was also skimming off the top of the safety inspection funds.
