Do you seriously want to become Chinese? You must be from a warzone? Even my Nigerians friends here in Guangzhou wouldn't exchange their citizenship for a Chinese one if they had the opportunity. I would maybe take the Singaporean, South-Korean, Japanese or even Malaysian citizenship, but not the Chinese one, do you know how many Chinese want to get out of here despite the economic rise of the country? As for the dual citizenship you can wait for ever, so far only one Asian country is allowing it.

Can't you just answer the question?

My question was not about why someone should or shouldn't acquire Chinese citizenship..
