Q: have butt implants made their way to china?
i saw a woman in gz once that had an unreal butt i mean if it was a photo you would think it was photoshopped

I saw a 'black' woman in Xi'an with this huge bubble following her around. Now that must have been an implant. So the answer is yes.
A few problems with butt implants though.
What is it like to sit on silicone? Is it like having a built in water bed?
Too much can make it difficult to use public transport.
Too much can keep Chinese people at a distance. Thieves mostly but also people at the train station in a a busy mall, and your BF/GF 
.
My advice to you Crimochina is to leave your butt as is.
