does 'yellow fever' count? although i have been vaccinated for that !

I get a boost to the vaccination every time a sleazy random local guy approaches me in the middle of the day and suggests in his so-so English that I spend a night with him. As if !!! no offence guys, but this DOESN'T work !

The other disease I caught was the Butterfly syndrome it's when I have that weird butterfly effect and I can't seem to stop things for the better..
Another disease the womanizer disease it's this disease that's been cast down upon me from ignorant flakes that don't know anything...
The jaundice it's yellowing of my skin
Disease of my hair foliclles this happens when I don't use shampoo..
I got the disease called the commonanimalias it's when I start acting like different animals such as a monkey, bear or zebra.....I farted in front of a ladies face it's part of my disease I can't control my bodily functions...
Worst disease is the PHillypoo disease and the TedLed me to do this disease.....powerful disease that can only be controlled by unknown beings...

Try wearing a tin foil hat. After careful consideration, I think you have3 Stooges Syndrone, you have so many diseases that they are trying to kill each other, resulting in your current condition. Now this does explain a lot.
I don't know what I caught but I was in bed for 3 days, if I ever tried to get up I would take (literally) 2 steps and fall over again.
I drank lots of water and electrolyte drinks and after losing 4kg I was right as rain.
Laduzi and some fungi between the toes (would normally call it athletes foot, but have not done much athletics)
