Q: Have you ever met a famous person in China before?
I just recently came across Robert Downey Jr. That was an awesome and amazing experience. Some other notable celebs I've had a chance to run across were Fan bing bing and also gwenyth paltrow.
Have you met any famous or not so famous celebs in china before?
Li Yang, the guy who had an American wife and abused her . He once came to my hometown and made a speech at my high school. I bought a pack of his books. Turned out to be a waste of money because I hardly used it.
I hate domestic violence and I've been a victim as well.

Sorry for disappointing you :P I'm a guy, my dad is almost 30 years older than my mom. My dad is nice and it's actually my mom being abusive a lot. She is sort of mental, hysteria and bad tempered.
One of my psycho ex-girlfriends was Zhang Ziyi.
Scandinavian:
Did you remember to tell her that Crouching Tiger sucks ? ;
In the residence I used to live in, apparently there were quite a few local TV stars living there as well.
I found out after about 2 years living there, because once I became a man and found a girlfriend, she would sometimes say "Look! It's [person]! He's in a TV show!" when she came over, but I never bothered finding out what they played in or who they were. I always thought they were just some arrogant nouveau-riche.
The only one I ever recognized was "Ge You". But he didn't look quite as dashing without the long hair and moustache from "Let the bullets fly".
I was also supposed to meet Nicolas Cage at a Mont-Blanc evening thingy 2 years ago thanks to my friend's dad. But we showed up too late. That sucked.
Back in 2004, I was with a group of Chinese friends in Lijiang. A TV company were filming near to a restaurant in which we were eating. The Chinese friends got all excited because they recognized the girl behind the microphone. I was told she is quite famous in China for doing many such travel programmes but I wouldn't recognize her if she passed me in the street. I was told her name but I have even forgotten that. Never-the-less, the Chinese as they do insisted that I took a photograph with her. She was quite beautiful so I didn't refuse. ![]()
The answer #2 to question #2:
You mean you met their body guards, right? You wouldn't get close enough to them to say ''ni hoa''
My sister works in a business and she meets lots of movies stars and rock stars almost every day. The only one I'm jealous that she met was Ringo.
I met Zhang Ziyi once, she thought I was some one famous (we all look alike). I thought she was just another hooker. After being with me she said no charge it was casual and by morning she wanted to marry me. She came over many times and one morning she was bugging me to get married and I said no, I never saw her again. She said Bo was too ugly and had to pay but having only 1'', she felt she over charged him.
If you can write BS, I can do better. Actually my story is true, except I don't know Zhangs last name.

Is 'ni hoa' Cantonese or Putonghua dialect?

met the governor of shandong and some other leaders for a grand opening of a factory here in shandong, they need to dress better, not a big deal. striped shirts with striped ties reminded me of the poor dressing retired quarterbacks on espn.
Hey, buddy pal. Good to see you back. I missed you...
Met a four American "low level" tv stars at at CCTV TV production.

Oh, I've been confined to an apartment while everyone was outside waving to Hu

I actually met former French prime minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin last year when I was some doing some freelance work for some fashion mag. Also met the Hermes CEO and some famous Italian photographer called Paolo Roversi. Pretty crazy, though had no idea who they were before the event.
Saw a bunch of Chinese actresses at an exhibition opening once but had no idea who they were. One looked vaguely familiar but wouldn't know her name. They all looked like they'd had a lot of plastic surgery done to their faces.
I passed by Ai Weiwei last summer at Lidu Guangcheng on my way to go bowling.
Ordered a drink next to ai weiwei in yugongyishan and saw Patrice Evra by Yonganli station, asked him if he was Patrice Evra(dumb question as he obviously was) and he said no and laughed. We took a couple pictures together, chuffed to bits being a man u fan and all.
Sunday morning while having training in fenyang road we just saw Yao Ming, twice. Not really that i gave a shit about this, just saying.
