Q: Have you ever seen a business rob a customer in broad daylight?

I'm not sure if you've noticed it or not, but I tend to find some businesses especially those entertainment places rob customers. Have you seen it happen before? I was watching a kid and a mom playing a game toss the coin and land it in the rainbow. I saw that the coin landed without touching any of the edges and thus should have been awarded a prize. Robbery in Plain Daylight? I thought so....

That happens everywhere, not only in China But...What about the daylight? Robbery at night is allright?
