Just like everything else I think that foreign companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi change there taste to suit different customers in different countries.
For instance in my opinion I think Coca-Cola is sweeter in America than it is in China. I don't know exactly how it is different, but it is a little different.
Coca Cola in the can is almost the same.
But, in the plastic bottle it is usually fake and tastes different.
Plastic bottles can be produced in the most primitive conditions but an aluminum can is something else again.
Vanilla coca cola is the best to bast smoking ribs! I remember we used to do that in 'Montana, Merica, during our shooting contests!
I'm happy there is vanilla cola in China, But Sandy isn't there to make the best smoked ribs there is. You can't have both, it's sad...
Coke tastes different in the US because it (and almost all other sodas) are made with (hydrogenated?) corn syrup. This is because there is altogether too much corn in the US and no politicians are willing to tell the corn farmers to stop growing it.....so the corn has become heavily subsidized and is added into everything.
Coke in pretty much every other country is made with good ol' fashioned sugar.
Bottom line: Both are pretty awful for you.
