I've seen several....and yes it did snow where I am at. Not at the moment but it was about a month or so ago. I've actually seen around or at least 3 that I can think of. There was one snowman that the barber shop made. There was a snowman that the school I'm at made. There was another snowman that a restaurant near where I live made.

I haven't made one, but I saw three!
