I refuse. From what I heard, it's not even about the flavor, it's about the texture? That just seems so strange to me. Last night I ate dinner with some people, they ordered chicken feet and also snails. Sadly, I think the snails are a more normal menu item.
Well depending on exactly what you order, a lot of the chicken feet are cold. So you are doing nothing but sucking cold fat and skin off of a bunch of small bones. There's no real flavor except for whatever sauce they were cooked in. I eat em, but only if someone else orders them, or if ordered a full chicken and that just happens to be the piece I grab.
Chicken feet have no meat on them. People suck the gelatinous, bumpy skin off the bone. I've forced myself to try it and since all my Chinese friends know I can't stand them I get mad respect for it. I just don't dig on eating animals that walk around in their own poop.

My co-workers kiss the dog in the office all the time, and I never let it near me, cause I know he licks other dogs shit on the street...
I had my first chicken feet when I was 14... and I don't really like it, but do not reject it...
You could not pay me enough to even try them.
Did you know they import many of them from the US where they would otherwise be waste?
Watching them eat those here makes me cringe.
i also refuse to try chick feet. i think it has strange shape, but i like pig feet and duck neck, would you likt to try ?
Chicken feet are great to just chew on when having a beer or watching Tv etc. because there is not much meat you cant over eat and they take up the flavour of the sauce they are cooked in. Chilli is the best. Pigs feet are also great. They all take patience to eat, similar to how long it takes to pick bits and pieces of crab meat out. One of the great lessons of Chinese cuisine is the way they use every part of almost everthing they eat. I don't go for all of those parts but in most parts I do try them and actualy enjoy the different flavours and textures. There are not too many lessons that the west can learn from China, but how to not waste food is one. It is obscene the amount that is wasted when considering how many people are struggling to put food in their and their childrens mouths.
Didn't like them at first but I grew to love them. Goose feet are better though. Bit more meat (skin, whatever) on the bone and a bit more taste.
I grew up on a chicken farm and we always had chicken feet soup and all the other offal. I don't really eat them here because they are a waste of time and my teeth are too precious now!
Chicken feet are okay, but they have too many bones and not enough meat. I never get them for myself, but if other people get them then I'll eat one or two. Pork feet on the other hand... Delicious! Especially the pork feet with those chinese spices on them, yum!
I would never try this sick thing, despite its popular in brazil and my mom use to eat it hahaha
I wanted to try real Chinese,, ,The first time I went to a real average Chinese restaurant, my friend ordered duck feet and I chickened out of trying them. They looked like they had been boiled and were grey slimmy looking.Next time he had pig feet which looked boiled and plain again. Both times i had chicken breasts which I did not care for either.
