Q: Having a problem with my BOC debit card,Help !
I don't know why i can't purchase from taobao although i have an online banking with e payment service debit card and i also have the E-token they gave " i don't know how to use it " when i always confirm after typing my username and password a letter pops up saying 该用户没有开通B2B网上支付服务
Any advice ?? I don't know what to do ~

No, not agents. Its a website for people just like you. Foreigners that have troubles buying stuff on taobao. Its especially for people like you that can ask chinese for help but want some independence. Check it out.
Go to the BOC, where you opened an account, and ask them to show you how to do it/make them do it for you.

My card BOC card was cancelled last month. It`s because they are changing to chip and pin cards. I had to go to the bank and get a new card. Took about 4 hours with my wife`s help.

My card stopped working so I went to the bank with the wife. At first the bank said they had tried to phone me first (but that would have been a timbadong conversation). So they just cancelled my card. They then said they cancelled it because I had not been to the bank desk since I opened the account, and that because I was a foreigner they thought I had gone home. WTF. Anyway, check if your BOC card has a chip, if not they have cancelled it. You can get a new card the same day if you let them change your account number. If you want the same account you will have a 2 week wait. I opted for same day, so I had to change all my wage details etc.

Try your card in an atm first. If it does not work, and you dont have a gold chip on the front (looks like a mobile phone sim card), you know what the problem is :-)

Something is odd about this poster. This is too simple. Get a Chinese friend to sit with you while you do it for the first time. Pay attention to where you type your username and password. Pay attention to where to where you enter other information.
But first, you can only use BOC on internet explorer (one of the latest editions). First use online banking to just make sure your password is working, but you will be prompted to download some software.

I always ask my mother's chinese colleague at work but,she simply says to me let me buy for you i will buy by the mobile it is easier.i know all the steps of purchasing " no of the card , last 4 digits of the mobile / username,password " and yes i use IE and i downloaded the SecControl before buying but,nothing changed , i also when i have enabled my online banking i enabled the e -payment , i just want to know why it is keep saying that i don't have on-line payment service . sorry , but, what is the odd thing about my post ?? Did i make something wrong !?
