can any body answer me pls if any one hepatitis b carrier want come china with f visa n want to take admission in a chinese college or universities for learn 1 year long term chinese language, can college help him to make f visa convert to x visa?

Hepatitis B is an automatic denial. You need a medical check to convert to any type of residence permit.

You can study on an F visa for six months or less. If you want to stay longer, you need a health check. Once it's discovered that you're infected with HBV, you'll need to leave the country and wont be allowed to return unless you are cured.
