Q: Hey Aussies, any news re-ABC?

Hi fellow Aussies, does anyone have news about the banning of the ABC Tv station, will it be short term or a permanent situation?

It was one of my high lights in China watching their usual intelligent & amusing programes.

I couldn't believe (then again I could !) the pettiness of this Govt. simply because Huawei got knocked back by the Aust. Govt. in entering the Telecommuncation arena (btw ~ England & Canada did the same) citing security risk.

Anyways..we often been told that the CCP have nothing to do with the 'private' company!! Have you heard a better joke??

Still, I miss the ABC and hoping it comes back online at some point, any recent info would be appreciated. Thanks.
