If some of the people I know can get a job teaching here, so can you.

You can but it will be hard to do it legally. It's up to you though.

But you do not have the native accent and do not use English naturally as the native does, that's all what matters, Teching in China definitely not a job got non native no matter what degree you have and what certificate you have.

Getting a job won't be your main problem, the main problem will be getting a visa. There was a rule where if you got your degree from a native speaking country you could teach legally but I'm sure I remember someone here saying that rule has recently changed.

There are non native speakers teaching in China, but I doubt many are doing it legally now.
