Q: how to annoy a smoker ??
I am suffering from my smoker boss , he smokes the whole day in the place i work to the limit he makes the room foggy , he doesn't accept arguments as well ? is there any perfume to spray in the air to spoil his cigarate as he spoils my air ?
Start taking lots of sick days.
Get a letter from a doctor saying that your sick days are due to too much smoke in your lungs - and there is SO much research to back this up.
Of course, your boss is probably going to fire you, and find someone who doesn't mind the smoke. But, in the long run (and short), you'll be much better off not being there.
So - find a new job!

well, in my experience, the Chinese are very tolerant when it comes to smoke. You just need to tell him or express you are not comfortable with the smoke.
Once in my company's cafeteria, a guy was smoking right next to me while I was eating, I looked at him with somewhat disgusted expression and he understood. since then I never saw him smoking on the same table.. maybe instead of telling him that its bad for him, just tell him you comfortable with it.
Ask for the raise, since you're getting up-yours every day. I heard, people working on the streets get paid for that.
Generally in Elevator, whenever i see a smoker, I first enter in the elevator, then make a bad shape after seeing the smoker and came out from Elevator..But your office is also unique.. how they allow to smoke in the office.. this is not allowed in my office.. Your company need to make policy for this..

You could take a dump in his office. Warning: This advice will annoy smokers and non-smokers alike.
Get a few "NO SMOKING" stickers and discreetly paste them at conspicuous locations.
Give him a long, obnoxious speech about how harmful smoking is to both your health, just as if he were a child that had never been informed - smokers LOVE that.
You'll probably get fired or hated for it, but hey, you'll get that ego boost that you anti-smokers crave.

Or, give him a long informative speech about how, in addition to the usual passive smoking side effects everyone in the office has to suffer stinging eyes, clothes and hair that always stink and need to be washed daily, sore throats, the feeling of choking and generally feeling like shit all the time because he is a selfish twat and can't step outside for a smoke.
Office smokers hate to be reminded that their nasty habit affects others.

I say bring in some beers to complete the atmosphere, if your boss says anything offer him a warm Tsingtao to settle the dispute.
Otherwise for random inconsiderate smokers do a fake high pitch over-the-top of your lungs coughs (extremely angering) and spit right next to their feet (one of the highest form of insult in China), but be aware that I had to dodge quite a few girly punchs after that.
I was in a similar situation once. Four smokers on staff and they all smoked in the office.
It stank in there. My clothes and hair stank all the time and I had an almost constant sore throat and cold.
I bought it up once in a staff meeting, said how it was making me feel and everyone was cool about stepping outside for a cig after that. One of the guys (another non smoker) I worked with even told me he had been planning on quitting the job before that because he couldn't stand being in the office.

Have a coughing fit ....not a little ah ha i mean major flem in the back of the throat that will blind a cobra
Then spill the hot coffie all over him
Convince your boss to buy and install an air-purifier near him. Say it is for his benefit. If he doesn't care about his own health, use the fear-guilt combo tactic, the all time favorite of insurance sales --- that his family will suffer should anything happen to him. No family? Got parents? Here you go.
If the office is large you may need several air-purifiers. In that case non-smokers should have priority of having them placed nearer to them.
You are there to sell your skills, not lungs. If he buys it, make sure someone cleans the filter regularly.
Find all the fans in the office and plug them in, facing away from your desk towards the smoker.
Have them on max. speed to blow the air directly back on the smoker.
or
Bring in an air-freshner or perfume and spray it any time anyone lights up.
Don't say anything when you do these things.

I hate to be a boob, but he is the boss and gets to set the rules. Unless you're in Shanghai or Beijing, no-smoking rules will not be enforced. If you have money to waste, you can hire a lawyer and sue him, in which case you'll be fired anyway. You can try going to the labor board and have them laugh at you.
