Q: How are you going to spend your Dragon boat festival ?
I'm looking forward to International School in Fujian to sponsor HK Z visa pick-up, since Taizhou, Jiangsu School burned my valid RP, which I was extending since long time ago.
If I get HK Z pick-up, I'll be 'dragon without boat'
. Can swim well though, so I don't care for boat that much
.
My advice is to avoid the trains during the Dragon Boat Festival. They end up burning countless areas in the countryside. The smoke can end up suffocating you on the train...
My DBF is going to be spent programming, I guess.
I hope I'll be pretty drunk so it doesn't matter how and where.
Would actually like to go see some dragon boat racing, but there is none going on near here.

They sure didn't happen in Qingdao. I think they're just an ancient myth. AKA... Chinese bullshit.

there are actually Dragon boating in the Doumen district outside of town, but I think they do that outside of Dragon Boat Festival days and it's a nightmare to get there. Options are, drive oneself, and enjoy the day slowly cruising for parking or take a bus there, but only the most worn out city busses without aircon goes there (at least in my past expirience)
Three days of sleep. I need it. Haven't got any leave since I started two and half months ago. Nowhere to go since three days is a little short.
The weather forecast calls for rain, rain, and more rain. I guess me and the gf will be conducting indoor activities during the holiday

I intend staying within reach of air con. I have been working in a non conditioned factory all week, with inside temperatures above 35 degrees.
I think I was suffering a bit of heat stroke by last night 
Nobody told me anything about it and I don't read Chinese newspapers. So on Monday I plan to ride my bike out to my school and front up for classes. Got my English exam papers that no one but me cares about to disseminate and discuss. Fukm!
And today my mate in eastern China rocked up to work only to find out it was a day off...no bastard told him either. Lets face it...we're nothin but foreign devils.
