i'm trying this again i wish i could go back and read my previous quest to see what was soo offensive. but this is to help a friend.

i asked this question before and they said i used abusive language which is a mystery to me whaty they consider abusive. so i have to make this as bland as possible
this is one of the few times im trying to help someone other than myself. a local asked me for tips as far as how he can attract a western woman. (he has eyes for an irish student) i told him some things i want to see if i missed anything.
i maybe an ordained minister but i'm not a catholic priest. i only chase adult women. no need to force them either
Well, I think it is easiest if the guy knows some English. He doesn't have to be amazing at it, but he should be able to communicate with her. All the other normal rules of attraction apply. If she likes Asian guys, and she thinks he's cute, then that would be good enough. Talk to her, get to know her, then ask her out on a date of some kind, maybe for a cup of coffee. I don't think it takes anything special, but he will need to talk to her for anything to happen. Obviously anyone who is living here knows what the local guys are like and she'll also know a bit about the culture.
The main thing I would say is he's got to give her a sense of independence. He can't be running around after her with her hand bag or whatever. With that said he's still got to be the man and show authority.
She's Irish so a sense of humour would be an advantage. (And a strong liver!)
Find out common interests and opinions? That's usually what carries the first part of a relationship. Perhaps she likes the "lady gaga" all the young people are talking about lately. Tell him to scream "YOU LIKE LADY GAGA?!?!!" and make sure the intonation on the last syllable goes up, like, three octaves as he says it. Instant charm.
Foreigners enjoy informality, so instead of saying "Hello, how are you?" try a good "HEEEY MAAAN" and make sure he yells it - I can't stress this enough - as loudly as possible.
Inform your friends of any important cultural differences. For example, while it is rude for Chinese to point at each other foreigners quite enjoy being pointed at. In foreign country culture, it means "luck".
Lastly, as we know, all foreign women are sluts. I would suggest he say (scream) something like "I MARRIED BUT I GO BED WITH YOU 外国美女" and you'll be sure to win her heart.

Yup. I stand at 169 and that was my experience in the Mainland US, though I have heard that European women are more open minded.
