So apparently I knocked up like 7 girls in China, and they're all on QQ demanding money. Being the scumbag that I am, I refused to wear a rubber. For some reason, none of them had an abortion, and they didn't have birth control. I don't no why.
How do I avoid paying child support when going back to China? Is there a national child-support registry database thingy? Will I be on it? Do I just avoid them? I don't know how many other girls will come forward... how do I stay on the down low?
Is child support cheap? Can I just get away with paying 1000 RMB per month if I get arrested and interrogated for "spreading my foreign oats without a license"?
child support is only when you've acknowledged the child as yours. if a woman had the child without your consent, it is solely her responsibility. chinese law *should* support this.
there is of course the family/emotional factor. some local cops might be willing to arrest you and pressure you into paying. so avoid the dangerous jurisdictions where these girls have guanxi. and be wary of angry relatives and their drummed-up mobs. you damaged these people's integrity you-stud-you, so they'll be looking to hurt you bad.
if you go around shagging Shanghai bargirls, then you could expect this thing to happen. once they get a baby and it comes out white, they'll accuse any and every whitey of being the father. check whether the date is correct. do a DNA test if she and you are willing. do you remember these 7 girls, or do you just assume they're truthful because you were too drunk to remember?
finally, i'd just like to say you're a despicable wumao-wannabe sack of festering green shite for siring 7 children who will grow up without a (biological) father. your greatest legacy you leave behind will probably be misery. their moms may be whores, but you are morally (not legally) indebted to the kids if they are really yours. if you can do something for them, you should. everyone grows up better knowing their father cares about them.

Oh, if the question was a joke, consider my reply a joke too.
I have never met a Chinese divorced couple with kids that the former husband is paying any type of monthly fee for child support. Everyone of them pay nothing.
Dont have kids, thats how i have avoided child support all these years. I still have all my hair, none of its grey.
ahh. That explains the green kid I saw in downtown GZ last week. I thought it was odd at the time, now I know

Even though your question is almost certainly a joke so in case really coming into such situation in China and provided the girl is brave and strong enough to bring you to the court so the consequences can be severe.
The question is complicated because generally Chinese law does not recognize the word alimony but only Divorce Law deals with phrases like costs of living, costs of upbringing, education costs etc. etc.
There is then no specific calculation method or not any fixed number but the law says that parent with whom the child does not live shall bear partly or fully the above mentioned child expenses.
There is then The Detailed Opinion about The Child Raising Issues for People's Court in The Divorce Case Trial which says that the amount should be 20-30% of the parent net income but not exceeding 50% of net income in case of multiple children.
The child support to be paid up to 18 years of age (with exception if the child in the age of 16 starts receiving own income).
In this case there is no divorce but most probably the judge would apply these criteria.
Running then away would then sound only like an illusion because if the girl would pursue to get her money so most probably majority of the states in the West would cooperate with China in such a case.

if the father was not present at birth, presenting his ID to the hospital, then he is not considered a parent. even a DNA test shouldn't be enough to make someone a legal guardian without their expressed agreement. it can later be acknowleged, or guardianship obtained through marriage. But other than that, the mother will remain the sole legal guardian. legal responsibility cannot be manufactured without guardianship. but this is China of course, so everything goes if the victim is more popular.
