- being able to eat out without ordering expensive dishes or wine

- being mature (most of the Chinese girls at 25, they have the maturity of a 14 Western girl)

I would say that the most important thing is total honesty and not rush straight to "what is your job and how much money do you earn". No guy likes to feel you are after him solely for his bank account. Would you want a man who was just after one thing, ie sex. It works both ways we like to feel valued for more than the size of our..................bank balance. I do understand the need of a lot of Chinese women for security, just don't be too blatant about it. A sense of humour always helps as does looking nice.
